Battlefield Writers is a collective of authors and poets who meet in the Southside of Glasgow, and who have published three books compiling their work, Tales From The Battlefield, Beyond The Battlefield and Tales From The Southside.

Hugh V McLachlan is an emeritus professor of Applied Philosophy and has published several books. He is a renowned authority on the history of witchcraft in Scotland and continues to contribute articles for newspapers and online newscasts.
